Ipratropium (i pra troe pee um) & Albuterol (al byoo ter ole)

This combination bhroncolidator, is used to treat shortness of breath, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), wheezing.

Contact a pediatrician for use of this medicine in children.

Consult your doctor on how to use this inhaler.

Use exactly as directed.

Shake well before each use and replace the protective cap after each use.

If you experience more difficulty breathing after using the inhaler contact your doctor immediately.

Rotacaps : Consult your doctor on how to use the rotacaps. This medication is to be used with a Rotacap Dispenser. (This Device is available under the Asthma Section)

If you notice any of the symptoms listed below or any other symptoms which seem severe/persistent contact your doctor immediately.

throat irritation
upset stomach
blurred vision
mouth sores
muscle pain
palpitations
chest pain
dizziness
headache

Inform your doctor if you are allergic to the formulation of this medication or any other medication in any other form.

theophylline
ipratropium
nortryptyline
beta blockers
triamcinolone
mao inhibitors
anti depressants
steroid hormones
weight loss medication

Inform your doctor if you are taking any other medication in any other form for any condition especially if taking medication for a similar condition.

In case of overdose, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911.

Your inhaler mouthpiece should be cleaned at least once a week with warm water and dried completey.

Inform your doctor if you suffer from any of the below mentioned :

seizures
diabetes
glaucoma
blood pressure
hyperthyroidism
any heart condition
prostrate problems
kidney/liver disease(s)

Do not treat yourself with OTC medication whilst on a course with this medication, without consulting with your health care professional.

Do not double doses to make up for a missed dose.

Ask your pharmacist for more information.

Store at room temperature between 15�??30 degrees C (36�??86 degrees F); do not freeze.

If you conceive whilst on a course with this medication inform your doctor immediately.

If you need to undergo any kind of surgery, inform your doctor you are taking this medicine.

Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to conceive.
