Uses
Idebenone Cream is an anti-oxidant, anti-ageing cream used in the
treatment and prevention of photoageing.
Consult a paediatrician for the use of this medicine in children.

How to use
For external use only.
Idebenone cream is to be applied twice daily to the affected areas of the face and neck for at least 6 weeks or as advised by the physician.
However, in the event of any itching, redness, burning or swelling, the cream should be discontinued at once and such reactions should be treated the same as any allergic reaction.
Avoid contact of cream in or near the eyes or mouth. If skin irritation occurs, wash the area with plain water and consult the treating physician.

Side effects
Skin reactions may occur rarely in individuals who have a history of sensitive skin, eczema or allergies to cosmetics or jewellery.
If any of these condition occur, the patient should begin using idebenone cream gradually.

Interaction
Inform your doctor if you are allergic to the formulation of this medication or any other medication in any other form.
Any other skin medication
Inform your doctor about any other medication you may be taking in any other form.

Overdose
In case of overdose, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911.

Notes
Do not treat yourself with OTC medication whilst on a course with this medication, without consulting with your health care professional.

Missed Dose
Do not double applications to make up for a missed application. Consult your health care professional about your missed application.

Storage
Store at room temperature below 25 degrees C.

Precaution
If you conceive whilst on a course with this medication inform your doctor immediately.
If you need to undergo any kind of surgery, inform your doctor you are taking this medicine.
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to conceive.
