Uses
Solifenacin, a muscarinic receptor agonist, is used to control a case of an overactive bladder, wherein it causes the bladder muscles to relax thereby eliminating the urge to urinate frquently and/or controlling uncontrolled urination.

Inform your doctor about any other medication you may be taking in any other form.

Overdose
In case of overdose, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911.

Notes
As this medicine causes dry eyes/blurry vision, if you wear contact lenses contact your ophthalmologist for lubricating drops or if the irritation is causing discomfort.
Avoid exposure to extreme heat.

Missed Dose
Do not double doses to make up for a missed dose.

Storage
Store at room temperature between 25 degrees C (77 degrees F), away from heat and moisture.

Precaution
Inform your doctor if you have or have ever had :
kidney/liver disease
benign prostatic hypertrophy
intestinal obstruction/ pyloric stenosis/reflux, or other problems related to emptying stomach contents
difficulty whilst urinating
narrow angle glaucoma
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to conceive.
If you conceive whilst on a course with this medication inform your doctor immediately.
If you need to undergo any kind of surgery, inform your doctor you are taking this medicine.
