Tell your health care provider if you are taking any other medicines, especially any of the following:

dofetilide or ketanserin
adrenocorticotropic hormone (acth)
barbiturates
narcotic pain medicines
cholestyramine, colestipol, or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (nsaids) diazoxide, digoxin, lithium, nondepolarizing muscle relaxants, potassium, or potassium-sparing diuretics
diabetes medicine, insulin, or pressor amines

DO NOT TAKE IF
If you have an allergy to another thiazide, a sulfonamide drug, hydrochlorothiazide, irbesartan, or any other part of the medicine. If you are allergic to another angiotensin receptor antagonist.
Disease of the vessels (arteries) that take blood to the kidney, primary hyperaldosteronism, severe kidney disease.
If you are more than 12 weeks pregnant.

Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.

STORE THIS MEDICINE at room temperature at 77 degrees F (25 degrees C) in a tightly-closed container, away from heat and light.

If you conceive whilst on a course with this medication inform your doctor immediately.

Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to conceive.
