Menotropins (men-oh-TROE-pins)

Menotropins are a mixture of FSH and LH hormones naturally produced by the pituatry glands.

Men: In males this stimulates sperm deveopment.

Women: In women this stimulates egg development in the ovaries.
Many women choosing menotropins treatment have already tried therapy with clomephene & have not been successful.

If you notice any of the symptoms listed below or any other symptoms which seem severe/persistent contact your doctor immediately.

breast enlargement(men)
rapid weight gain
severe pelvic pain
appetite loss(men)
palpatations(men)
nosebleeds(men)
bloating
swelling
nausea
hives

Inform your doctor if you are allergic to the formulation of this medication or any other medication in any other form.

Inform your doctor about any other medication you may be taking in any other form.

In case of overdose, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911.

Do not treat yourself with OTC medication of any kind without consulting your doctor first.

Inform your doctor if you have or have ever suffered from :

vaginal bleeding(unusual/excessive)
uncontrolled thyroid
ovarian cysts/tumors
ovarian failure(wherein the ovaries do not develop any eggs)
tumors

If you are using this medication by yourself, do not double the injection dose to make up for the missed injection.

Record the missed injection, continue with the next scheduled injection and inform your doctor about the missed dose.

The injection powder should be stored in the refrigerator or at room temperature between 3-25 °C / 37-77°F.

Do not freeze and keep away from light.

If you conceive whilst on a course with this medication inform your doctor immediately.

If you need to undergo any kind of surgery, inform your doctor you are taking this medicine.

Do not treat yourself with OTC medication whilst on a course with this medication, without consulting with your health care professional.

Avoid alcohol and alcohol containing beverages whilst on a course with this medication.
