What is Feldene?

Feldene belongs to the category of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). It generates a number of serious side effects including heart and blood vessel problems, so much so that it is advisable not to use Feldene either before or after undergoing a bypass heart surgery.

Feldene’s use may also cause stomach ulcers which sometimes prove fatal.
Uses of Feldene

Piroxicam, a NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug), is used to relieve the pain, tenderness, inflammation, & stiffness caused by arthritis.

Capsule : Take piroxicam exactly as directed.

Mouth Dissolving Tablets : Consult your doctor for exact dosages and take as directed. Place the tablet under the tongue and let it dissolve. Do not swallow.
